How to interview robots for a job in health: Generative AI in workplaces of belonging.

With the emergence of GenAI as a tool that can be used to hack online and Zoom-based interviews, there will be an increasing supply of staff entering workforces with less commitment, greater social anxiety, and less preparedness for work. In an industry like healthcare, supporting these staff to enter into the workforce with (oftne) less social and intellectual capital requires people who build places of belonging. This presentation explores this idea further.
