More than 90% of global trade is transported through shipping and shipping, and safety is of paramount importance in this industry. Increased marine casualties have raised concerns for organizations and shipping companies in recent years. The investigation of these casualties shows that manpower accounts for more than 80% These are the disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the training system of these seafarers. What factors play a more important role in their educational system. This paper examines the qualitative and quantitative exploratory research using a hierarchical technique to study the training systems of marine institutions.
