International shipping, as the most important ring in the global supply chain and international trade, today faces the problem of diversifying the rules and procedures related to the transportation of goods from origin to destination, so it is up to review and follow up on the latest solutions. It is necessary to simplify the process of moving goods and related information. The synchronization of international administrative procedures requires adequate knowledge of the current process of administrative processes and a thorough examination of the standards defined by the related organizations. Recognizing the key factors in facilitating business processes and focusing on problem solving in the area of documents and data, the weaknesses of the maritime transport system will become its strengths. In this thesis, the basics of the implementation of the single-shopping system system are localized as a proposed solution by the International Maritime Organization and Siftek in the Southern Peninsula. In other words, the suggested solutions in this article are the best and most feasible options for implementing a single commercial window and achieving the desired status in the ports of the country. In the end, various aspects of launching this system are presented in the form of a justification plan.
