Knowledge and perceptions of genetic cardiac disease amongst general practitioners: The Tasmanian experience

Genetic cardiac diseases (GCDs) are becoming an increasingly specialised area. There is no information regarding the knowledge of GCDs amongst General Practitioners (GPs), who are likely to be co-managing these patients with cardiologists. We sought to find out what GPs knew about GCDs and their role in managing them.
