MTO-sea: Competent cadets make safer systems

BWith some education in basic usability and ergonomics, cadets can provide useful information to many stakeholders, including the academy. This paper reports on the first cycle of a programme of which the ultimate goal is better workplaces on board and safer shipping systems. © 2007: The Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
