Making Sense of Where We Lead. International Leadership Association Global Conference - 2025

<p>This interactive workshop engages participants with a multi-dimensional model of place that integrates physical, cultural, and political dimensions across multiple levels. Through guided reflection and collaborative exercises, participants will first explore how their individual experiences of place and then apply the model to collectively make sense of a shared place and discern implications for leadership. This workshop offers practical tools for enhanced awareness of place and the influence of place on relational processes of leadership.</p>
