Managing migrant remittance and agricultural development in Nepal: A case of policy dereliction?

Nepal has achieved limited success in several policies and programs in the past. Thus, Nepal can 
learn from several best practices around the world and integrate them into the policy design process. 
However, careful consideration is desired while transferring those policies in the Nepali context. No 
two countries are similar in many facets including politics, economy and culture that influence policy 
translation. Feasibility analysis of the policies implementation is necessary before policy transfer and 
policy design.
