The purpose of this study is to analyze the laws that are in place to ensure the health of the goods and estimate the amount of damage in sea freight so far and then provide solutions to improve the calculation of the determination of the extent of damage caused by the goods and the delay in delivery of goods. In this article, the laws of the Brussels Convention of Hamburg Rotterdam and The exploratory protocol on the determination of damage in sea transport has been carefully evaluated. The hypotheses are examined and discussed. The results of the research on the criteria for determining the damage from descriptive and inferential methods have been used and its extent has been used in computational methods.
