The purpose of the study was to investigate realtionship between mathematics anxiety and attitude toward mathematics among secondary school students in South India. Data were collected from 112 secondary school students in a private school. Demographic information such as gender and age of the students were also collected. Structural equation modelling was used to test the hypothesised relationships between mathematics anxiety and attitude to mathematics variables. Independent-samples t-tests were used to examine the differences in the measured variables based on gender and age.
