So you want a website?

Arthur Sale discusses in this talk what questions you must ask yourself before you commit to a website, and what you need to know to talk meaningfully to a web designer (or to know before you undertake the job yourself). A significant part of the time will be devoted to question-and-answer from the floor, and looking at samples of websites that have specific purposes.
