Containers have become a standard for shipments in the maritime logistics industry for some time. The emergence of the new world economy has caused the volume of container traffic to intensify in recent years, resulting in the presence of a container terminal as an important prerequisite for the country's economic development. The paper attempts to review the effects of container transport on the global economic prospects of the container shipping industry in the Persian Gulf region. Also, with the review of the UNCTAD and the UNCTAD, a growing trend of container trade has been analyzed and analyzed.
