Abstract of proceedings

The Annual Meeting was held on the 9th March at the Royal Society's Rooms, Tasmanian Museum, Hobart, the President of the Society, His Excellency Sir James O'Grady, K.C.M.G., presiding.
The Annual Report was read and adopted.
Papers were read and Mr. L. Rodway presented a lecture on "Some plants of the National Park (Mt. Field)". A conversazione was held in the Art Gallery at the conclusion of the meeting.
