An attempt is made in the study to document available special school facilities in Ghana and analyze these facilities in relation to accessibility using a group of 31 participants which constituted of officials of Special Education at the national head office, District Special Education Coordinators, Resource Teachers, Headmasters and Classroom Teachers of special schools. The findings indicate that educational facilities for children with disabilities are very limited which might not be able to support accessibility. Moreover, the existing limited facilities are challenged with inadequate infrastructure, inaccessible physical environment and lack of teaching and learning materials. The study recommends for a steady investment on infrastructure and resources in order to provide easy access to education for children with disabilities in Ghana.
