Annual report for 1951

The annual reports of the RST for 1951 and 1952 express worries about the Society's finances ; specifically the 1952 report mentions the steep rise in printing costs of the previous 3 years, and that the government grant to print volume 86 (publication date, 1952, for papers and proceedings of 1951) was too small.<br> Generally, library catalogues are stating that the papers and proceedings for 1951 were not published. This is not quite correct. Volume 86 contains the annual report for 1951, and a description of each meeting in 1951, and very full abstracts of the papers presented.
