Our meta-analysis and conclusions favoring positive bilateral movement training effects on stroke motor recovery (Cauraugh, Lodha, Naik, & Summers, 2010) have been questioned by Pollock, Morris, van Wijck, Coupar, and Langhorne (2011). Their letter to the editor focuses on three subtle metaanalysis techniques. This reply addresses each concern, confirms our robust meta-analysis, and steadfastly upholds our findings.
