Converging communications at the consumer crossroads

The increasing bundling of services associated with convergence and the business practices related to this, which is raising significant issues of consumer protection is also discussed. The need to organize appropriate funding of the consumer sector for achieving the required level of output is also discussed. The need to develop an evidence based research capacity within the consumer sector is also discussed.
