Abstract of meteorological observations, taken from Valleyfield, Bushy Park Tasmania, for the year 1877.
The fine weather promised at the end of the last month was of short duration.
A fall of the barometer in the latter part of the month was followed by intensely cold south west snow storms, that lasted with little intermission until the end of the month.On the 25th, there were some slight traces of snow in the valley. The rainfall was moderate.
