Meteorological records recorded at the Observatory, Hobart Town. Also includes leafing, flowering, and fruiting times of a few standard plants in the Royal Societies gardens for the month of August, 1870.- The weather this month deviated much from the normal standard, and the deaths were above the average, and embraced a due proportion in every group of ages.
