The Rural Interprofessional Program Emergency Retreat (RIPPER) is a pilot program aimed at developing effective clinical skills and knowledge, and providing positive interprofessional learning experiences for final year undergraduate health science students. RIPPER was developed collaboratively by an interprofessional team of academics from within the University of Tasmania’s Faculty of Health Science
