Rural Health Benchmarking Project 2013/14: Final Report and Recommendations

<p>The University of Tasmania’s (UTAS) CRH and the Flinders/Deakin University Greater Green Triangle UDRH agreed to undertake a benchmarking project based on the CRH Annual Project Report template (Key Performance Indicators 1-8). The project also drew on the four Rural Pharmacy Liaison Officers (RPLO) Objectives. A peer review workshop between both parties was undertaken from the 21-23 October, 2013 at Cradle Mountain, Tasmania and another workshop held from the 03 - 04 February, 2014 at Warrnambool, Victoria. The benchmarking workshops were considered mutually beneficial in developing a shared conversation around UDRH initiatives, performance indicators and outcomes.</p> <p>This report outlines the preparation and implementation of the peer review workshops, and summarises key findings and recommendations from the project for UTAS.</p>
