Sorbent based on alumina modified with pyrocatechol violet

Pyrocatechol violet is used to modify the alumina surface. Optimal modification conditions are chosen; the sorption mechanism at different pH values is proposed. New sorbents are applied to concentrate copper ions by sorption through complexation.
