It is possible to express all the strong and electromagnetic interactions of ground state hadrons in terms of a single coupling constant and the constituent quark masses mud≃0.34 GeV, ms≃0.43 GeV, and mc≃1.5 GeV by using spin-flavor relativistic supermultiplet theory. We show that this produces results which are generally accurate to within 10%. We thereby predict widths and couplings of recently and soon-to-be discovered heavy hadrons.
