International Medical Graduates (IMGs) constitute 23.5% (n=16,186) of all doctors in Australia and are a vital part of the current health workforce. IMG research has been conducted across Australia, which focused primarily on employment integration, satisfaction and practice support. However, there is limited knowledge and research of IMGs as they live and work in Tasmania, a less culturally diverse population of Australia. 1, 2
