The perturbation theory graphs and divergences in supersymmetric Lagrangian models are studied by using superfield techniques. In super<em>Φ</em> 3-theory very little effort is needed to arrive at the single infinite (wave function) renormalization counter-term, while in<em>Φ</em> 4-theory the method indicates the counter-Lagrangians needed at the one-loop level and possibly beyond.
