Sensory symptoms were observed at clinical onset with localizing focal ictal and interictal epileptiform discharges on EEG. These cases refine the localization, possible mechanisms of epileptogenesis, and classification of this reflex epilepsy. ©2007AAN Enterprises, Inc.
