The aim of this research was to produce contemporary orchestration and recordings for an internationally released Netflix series. The research asks how music orchestration for and recording of acoustic instruments can be incorporated with digital composition to facilitate multi-sensory engagement and durational narrative in film and television. n so doing, it engages with hybrid score research and implementation, orchestration (traditional and modern), the relationship of visuals to music elements in a narrative, and creative application of music technology.
