This document forms a services directory for mental health services in southern Tasmania. This resource was developed following casual conversations with staff at the Bridge Alcohol and Other Drug Rehabilitation Program about ideas and resources that would be useful in their everyday work. The catalyst for this directory, therefore, was the identified need by practitioners to be informed of the most appropriate agency to contact if they have a specific query or problem (across both government and non-government sectors), accompanied by specific contact details. While the directory was initially designed for practitioners in the alcohol and other drug sector, it certainly lends itself to use more widely across the community services as a whole. This is a 'living document' that may undergo review or updating in the future, especially as new programs or agencies commence and existing agencies expand their service delivery. It was developed as part of the Comorbidity Improved Services Capacity Building Project between the University of Tasmania and The Salvation Army Bridge Program, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health & Ageing.
