Music School Consultation & Organisational Development Project Report

<p>This project was initiated by Ed Roper, Deputy Headmaster of Brisbane Grammar School, in July 2019. There are two broad influences impacting this review; </p> <p>(1) Ensuring that the Brisbane Grammar Music School has the most effective, appropriate and ‘right’ (fit-for-purpose) vision, organizational structures and institutional and personal accountabilities in place for both academic and co-curricular programs. </p> <p>(2) To provide recommendations to better align whole-school and music department strategies and communications.</p>
