This thesis examines the theory and practice of the 'AT' series antenna man-ufactured by MOONRAKER AUSTRALIA. A model has been developed based on the superposition of symmetric and asymmetric dipoles, which has been confirmed by numerical techniques. A test system has been developed which allows the manufacturer to rapidly test production, using unskilled staff, whilst building a data base for future analysis of the antenna and its production.
